The Florida Department of Transportation is currently soliciting Letters of Qualification for a Chief Operating Officer for the Central Florida Commuter Rail project.  The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for the day to day management of rail system activities of a 62-mile Central Florida Commuter Rail Transit (CFCRT) corridor.
